Members can make instant sailing reservations or plan up to a year in advance and can even request to swap sail times with other Members.

If a Member fails to use all of their sail time in one month, they can carry it over to the next month. Time can also be borrowed from a forward month for extended cruising.

Maintenance is also simple with SailTime’s innovative E-ttendant system. Upon arrival and departure, an assessment of the boat’s condition is logged into a wireless PDA that is onboard each boat. The system notes if an item is in short supply or needs attention and sends the Base Manager or next scheduled Member an e-mail notice advising them of the status. This ensures the boat will be ready to sail when you are.
