If you're like most boaters, the question you undoubtedly ask is, "how can I responsibly afford my own dream boat and use it often." Finally, SailTime has the practical solution that puts boat ownership within your reach.

We guarantee a monthly payment to you that offsets your note.
We'll put 7 responsible SailTime Members on her that you'll get to meet. They will be experienced and fully qualified.
It is always the same 7 Members who sail your boat. It isn't treated like a charter. Members take pride in ownership as well. In fact, the boats that have been in our program since our inception in 2001 still look and sail like new.
We'll pay the slip fees, the maintenance, and insurance on your boat.
We'll detail your boat monthly and keep all the systems operating like new. When you step on board, it's ready and waiting to go.
Your marina will be close to home so you can sail on the weekends, during the week, overnight, for the day or just for a few hours, whenever you like.

We hold your hand through the process of purchasing and outfitting a brand new sailboat. We work with you in reviewing the specs of your boat amongst the world class outfitting packages that come with every SailTime boat, no detail is overlooked. You then place your new yacht in SailTime's professional management program and enjoy worry-free, expense-free sailing in your local waterways. SailTime takes care of insurance, docking, storage, maintenance and operating expenses for up to five years. On top of this we give you a guaranteed monthly income that you can apply toward the mortgage.

SailTime will place only well trained, responsible sailors to share time on your yacht in our Fractional Sailing program. With Charter, rental and other partnering programs many different people use your boat and do not necessarily care for it as if it is their own.

In the SailTime program, a well trained SailTime member will be the only one on your yacht, and your yacht's condition will be maintained in tip-top shape due to this reality as well as our first class maintenance programs. Our proprietary applications, like the Ettendant and Scheduler have been developed specifically to provide easy, accountable and equitable sharing for you and the other Members sharing your boat.

With SailTime, ownership of a new boat in your local waters is a reality. SailTime will take care of all the monthly expenses including marina fees, insurance, maintenance and service. Additionally, you receive a guaranteed monthly income and you'll still get to sail or cruise virtually as often as you want, when you want, using the flexibility of our on-line Scheduler.

At the end of the term of the agreement you may decide to keep, sell, or trade-in your yacht for a new one and continue in the program.

Purchasing a boat for use in the SailTime Fractional Sailing Owner-Member program is an intelligent and practical choice for many boat owners. There are many advantages to this type of boat ownership allowing benefits from both a practical use and a business standpoint.

Because SailTime takes care of all of the day-to-day operational realities of boat ownership you have nothing to worry about except when and whom to take sailing! Once you have made the down payment for the boat you need not worry about much else.

SailTime has established relationships with insurers and lenders that will finance boats placed in service with SailTime locations throughout our entire base network. Working together, we can help you to establish a lending program designed to suit your needs.

You will have all the operational issues associated with yacht ownership professionally handled by SailTime:

We provide guaranteed monthly payments to you for your bank note payment
Your yacht is detailed on a schedule
We take responsibility for scheduled maintenance emergency issues
Consumables, fuel, water tanks and pump outs are taken care of on a scheduled basis
Boat inventory items are managed through the use of Ettendant and the base owner
We locate an available slip at a marina with top-level amenities
We provide World class A+ insurance coverage designed specifically for SailTime
We decommission, store and commission your yacht each season (where applicable)

Our SailTime Base Manager will work with you to put your boat into their local Owner-Member Program. Take advantage of our professional management systems and own a luxury new sail boat or power boat without any payments for up to five years (3 year initial term plus two mutual option periods).

The SailTime base will pay your slip fees, maintenance, insurance etc., and you'll be paid a monthly payment that you can apply towards your mortgage. All you'll need to do is to have the down payment.
