Thanks for clicking on SailTime Sailing Center. I'm Wayne Diviney, base owner of the SailTime Sailing Center, and CEO of SailTime Licensing Group. On my left is my Base Manager, Capt. Dave Wilbar.

Our office is located at Willoughby Harbor Marina, just east of the Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel, in Norfolk Virginia. SailTime is conveniently located to serve all of Hampton Roads, the southern Chesapeake Bay, North Carolina and Virginia.

Our base offers:

• No Expense Ownership Program - up to five years - no maintenance, insurance, slip fees, fuel. Plus, we'll reimburse you for your mortgage payment! And, you can sail your boat a MINIMUM of seven times per month!

• Fractional Sailing Membership - Your Joining Fee and membership are all-inclusive. SailTime takes care of everything, including fuel, and, training you to sail your yacht.

And, Fractional Sailing Membership is currently available on "Song Sung Blue"' and "Bella Blue”, both boats are 2005 Hunter 33's. Plus, a 2006 Hunter 36 "Blue Destiny". Song Sung Blue and Blue Destiny are located on "C" dock, slips 47 and 49, at Bay Point Marina. on Little Creek, at the Norfolk / Virginia Beach line. Bella Blue is berthed at Willoughby Harbor Marina, slip C90, just off eastbound Rt. 64

Protected on three sides, Willoughby Bay is the perfect place to learn to sail. And, SailTime Virginia Beach was voted an American Sailing Association "Outstanding" School of the Year for 2007.
