The Boston Base recently held its End of the Season Celebration dinner and awards. Members, Owner Members and base staff, friends and families enjoyed the Mediterranean cuisine at Avila on Charles Street just off the Boston Common.

Awards were given out for Sailing Student of the Year, Sailing Trip of the Year and Member of the Year. Over 35 people attended the event that included a lot of story swapping and planning for the upcoming 2010 season.
The Boston Sailing Base has unveiled an exciting discount promotion that is offered now through the end of the year:
Classes: Pre-register for any ASA class for the 2010 season by December 31, 2009 and save 10% off of the class price. Class dates can be selected as the season approaches.
Memberships: Join as a new member for the 2010 season by December 31, 2009 and save 5% off of the current 2009 membership pricing PLUS $500 off of the joining fee. Only a 25% deposit is required and you can receive a full refund for any reason until February 15, 2010.
Ownership: Purchase a new Hunter 33 or 36 through our Owner-Member program by December 31, 2010 and receive a free Mariner package PLUS $2000 discount.
