When February arrives, we’ve turned the corner on Winter and many sailors begin to plan for Summer fun. You will find SailTime at the February boat shows all along the East Coast this year.
Atlantic City is our first stop on the first weekend of February where you can meet staff and instructors from our Philadelphia and our Jersey Shore bases. Philadelphia has a new Gemini Catamaran joining the fleet and Jersey Shore has a full slate of programs planned for their part of the coast. Jersey Shore has sailing members waiting for the next Hunter e33 or e36 to join the fleet there. This is an excellent opportunity to buy a sailboat intelligently!
The New England Boat Show will sail into the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center from February 11 to 19. It is the largest boat show in the Northeast and a great way to learn all about our award winning sailing school there that is offering a show special on sailing lesson packages commencing in the Spring. Our Boston sailing base has members in waiting as well and looks to place a Hunter e33, e36, 39 and a Gemini Catamaran into their fleet this year. Strictly Sail Miami returns to Bayside again this year from February 16-20 and provides a warm respite where Northern sailors can chip off the winter icicles at this winter warm water weekend! Our Miami sailing base will be there showing a Gemini Catamaran and is looking for potential owners to help it expand its very popular fleet there.
