In designing the Oceanis 38.1, Beneteau partnered with marine industry leaders, choosing a Yanmar saildrive and a full electronics package from B&G including autopilot, chart plotters, VHF and stereo systems. The sloop rig and high-tech B&G autopilot can be set to track a course; or self-correct to a wind angle – making this boat a pleasure to sail single-handedly or with a small crew.
