We welcome your photos and videos either way. But we hope you will join us for the daily conversation at Facebook! Please go here to read the rules and regulations of the photo/video contest. We will award 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place prizes to both the top photographs and the top videos entered in to the contest. 1st place is a $500 credit with SailTime. Good for Membership enrollment or fees, Lessons or Captained Charters! 2nd place is a $100 West Marine gift certificate. 3rd place is a $50 SailTime Company Store gift certificate! 
You may enter up to five (5) photos and two (2) videos. Photos should be no more than 250k in size at 72dpi, physically sized about the size of a snapshot (3×5). Videos should be of the highest quality possible output and finished as either a QuickTime or MP4 file type. The subject “theme” for the contest is: “My Best Day on a Boat” – This lends itself to all sorts of fun “family moment” photos and videos depicting all the fun you have on your SailTime boat. The contest runs through December 1st, 2010. That gives you plenty of time to get your creative juices flowing to shoot and produce your photos and /or videos. Voting will be done by the Facebook Fans during the month of December and the winners will be announced on January 7, 2011
