Bill Wons has opened a Door County base for the SailTime boat-share program – the only Wisconsin base north of Milwaukee. He is captain of the Alissa Joy, a 35-foot Beneteau Oceanis sailboat that’s docked at Wave Pointe Marina, 3600 Cty CC in Sturgeon Bay.
