The SailTime Base at Newport Beach, California is geared up for a busy month of May. There is still time to get involved as a Member but space is filling up so don’t miss out on the best way to enjoy the Southern California sailing lifestyle!
Saturday, May 8th: Opening Day at Bahia Corinthian Yacht Club. Bruce Goose, our 2007 Hunter 38 sailboat will be in the Yacht Evaluation Contest at the club. We will be competing against other sole owner boats at the club. A big challenge, but we do our best to keep our fleet in excellent working condition as well as looking good all the time.
Saturday, May 16th: Dock Party. Members will be having a dock party Saturday evening at Arbella, our 2006 Hunter 36 sailboat. It is a great time to meet fellow SailTime members and exchange sailing stories and find good sailing crew to sail with.
Friday, May 22 to Monday, May 25: Memorial Day Cruise to Dana Point. The fleet will join together and have a flotilla sail to the south along the coast past the stunning cliffs of Newport Coast and Laguna Beach. We will raft-up in the East Basin of the harbor with members of South Shore Yacht Club.
Thursday, May 28th to Sunday, May 31st: Dana Point Boat Show. SailTime Orange County will be displaying Shared Blessing, our 2008 Hunter 38. We will be selling the last few remaining memberships we have open for this summer. Call 714 878-7700 to hold a spot for a 7-day, no obligation, period.
