Sailing the Beneteau 35.1 is truly exhilarating! Beneteau’s design team, Finot-Conq, perfectly combined the latest hard chine hull design with a wide cockpit, creating a fun, sporty, and stable boat.
SailTime members can easily set up the boat and be off the dock in no time. Simple to sail with a roller furling mainsail and jib, twin helms, and a B&G autopilot, members can enjoy sailing this boat without any extra hands on deck! When the wind comes up, the hard chine, twin rudders, and fractional rig sail plan give you a stable platform with little weather helm.
The B&G electronics provide great data, including AIS information on the ships nearby, a dynamically updating wind speed display showing true and apparent wind speeds and angles, plus an autopilot that tracks to wind plus autotack.
The Beneteau 35.1 is a true enjoyment to sail, a wonderful place to spend time with friends, and an excellent venue to make lifelong memories!
A few of the stand-out features include:
Getting around the wide cockpit is easy while underway and also features a large cockpit table for dockside happy hour after an adventurous day of sailing. The interior has two layout options and comes in a two or three-version model. When making plans for an overnight at a guest slip, there is always room for a 35-foot boat. The large topside locker is a great place to store the BBQ, an inflatable kayak, extra mooring lines, and safety gear. The top-loading refrigerator has compartments so you can easily separate food from drinks. It even has a freezer! The Rocna 20 anchor fits perfectly on the bow roller and is a quick anchor to set when ready to enjoy lunch with a beautiful backdrop or watch the sunset with the city lights twinkling while grilling.
