Recently, The Northeast Florida base (St Augustine and Jacksonville) held a Corporate Team Building sailing event for 30 personnel from a nationwide company in the health field. Five sailboats took the teams out on the water. Captains on each boat gave basic sailing instruction and each person on the team was taught a function such as sail trim, helmsman, etc.
After practice the teams were ready to race against each other to see who could work together the best… All the participants had a great day sailing and everyone enjoyed the camaraderie!
